1. ONLINE TAKE AWAY ORDERS

§ 1.1 If extra food is added in the comment box instead of selecting it in the shopping bag, there will be an extra cost when you pick up your food.

§ 1.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct user information. Orders received before, or outside our opening hours will be processed promptly at the start of opening hours

2. CANCELLATIONS

§ 2.1 You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is prepared. A guest may cancel the order by telephoning the restaurant. Look for information by clicking on “Contact us” on our website.

§ 2.2 You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. There will be charges for orders cancelled in a manner not in accordance with these cancellations provisions, and no refund is possible.

3. COMPLAINTS

§ 3.1 When picking up an order, at the time of purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and see there are no defects.
